this year i am doing my taxes early as asoon as i get my w2 form because i want to get my irs refund as soon as possible. from my past experience, it usually takes 3 months to get the check by mail. but if i do it through e-file and transfer it EFT to my checking account, it takes 3 weeks to a month.

you can expect your refund to take 90 days. I know sometimes you want your money back so fast, but as long as you filed it electronically, maybe it could take a couple of week. even sooner if you did it through Electronic Fund Transfer.

has anyone else gotten it faster?
