i looked at my task manager and i dont have another remote desktop open

Really it was excellent solution...It really works when i disable one of the VM-Ware network card. This network card has ip and when i remove Ip then it also works

Check IP of remote PC, it heppans when you try to connect same PC via Remote connection.

Thanks Singh#1...I had port forwarding setup wrong on putty, and I was actually connecting to my own machine instead of the remote one.
so to fix this problem with my connection, i disabled my wireless connection. it worked.
so basically, if you have two types of network connections on your computer, make sure you disabled one, either the wired LAN or the wireless LAN connection. try disabling the wireless connection and see if this works.
