i need to talk to the IRS today. i know its saturday but i was wondering if there was a special 800 number or hotline i can call them to answer some questions i have about my tax refund

I filed my tax return
by mail on 3-29-15 and sent it again on 6-1-15. It dose not show up on wheres my refund at all. Did they send my refund to someone else? Should I send it certified? Is this common? How do I talk to a live person? Should I be conserned about fraud?
