yesterday i heard in the news about how arizona police will have to target Hispanics in the state. the first indication for the police is going to be the color of the skin. this will give police officers discrimination rights just because the person looks illegal. which is very hard because how would you know who is illegal or not unless they wear a sign on their head saying they are illegal.
