i need you to please help me with a script

i have php on my website and i want to be able for users to be able to upload images or pictures of boats so they can post with their comments like your website?

are you using php?

i know its possible with php and imagemagick but i just dont know how to do it

please help me with a simple script or tutorial that displays step by step on how to do this.
