I recently received an email about an Allstate survey invitation. I've been putting it off because I had nothing good to say about Allsate, but the emails kept coming, so finally I responded in hopes they would stop. These are my responses:

I have been a customer with Allstate for more than 20 years. The service and support is not what it used to be. I don't view Allstate as a helpful company and I can't in all honesty recommend this company to my friends or family.

In closing, what could Allstate do to deepen our relationship with you as a customer?
Stop being such a greedy company and focus on the customer needs. Allstate was a company I could trust my most valuable assets, I no longer feel I do that anymore. I am currently finding alternatives for my coverage. AAA is a very good option for me at the moment.
