why haven't i received my stimulus check yet

i filed by income taxes by mail on may or 11, months ago i heard nothing so checked the website, and they tell me that they have no information about my taxes i cannot talk to a human what is going on?

when contacting the irs this phone number is only automated there is not a phone number listed anywhere that you can speak to them in person!!!!!
