hi, im getting some stupid error with my abobe photoshop cs 8.0 version

my computer just crashed and i had to reinstall windows xp on it with the recovery and repair option

i was able to get all my data back and my programs but i cant lounch my photohop

i get this error:

Memory could not be allocated for the activation process. please close al applications and try again.
