today i got pulled over by the police, i live in san mateo county in california and they impounded my car. the cop told me that in order to take my car out from the inpound, i need two people with driver lincense.

so i was wondering why would i need two people with drivers lincense? well, once is for driving you to the office where you car is inpounded, and the other one to drive your car back since you dont have a driver's lincense, you are not allowed to drive your car, thats why they need to persons with license on them.
