all it means is that the sql query cannot connect to the database, so you need to check to make sure you have these four correct:

hostname
username
username password
database name

I have the same error, the host,username and password are all correct. But still it has an error. What can I do? is it really possible to connect other forms to others and insert it's value to a certain database?

yes, you were right, i had a different database than the one i was looking for where i have all my data to be display..
